It was clear when first meeting Tamzin that she was a very focussed & driven individual. This proved so when discovering there was minimal architect's input on the redesigning of her home. Her plans that she had drawn were very accurate & her eye for detail was exceptional. Her vision & confidence were clear to see & if there was the opportunity to change something for the better then it was always taken. The end result of the project has left Tamzin with a very beautiful & functional family home. Working alongside Tamzin was an absolute pleasure & made our job as the main contractor that much easier.

CFW Architects’ Director Martyn Wiltshire worked closely on the concept and detailed design with Tamzin Newby for the extension and refurbishment of Faircroft, a listed building in the village of Abbotts Ann. The proposed extension and link building replaced an existing 20th Century single storey outbuilding and required sensitive negotiations with conservation. The internal remodelling was designed and specified by Tamzin.
